Mission Statement
To generate P.O.W.E.R. in our lives.
Purpose
To achieve Prosperity, Opportunity, Wellness, Education, Relief in our own lives as well as in the lives of others in which we can influence.
Vision
In achieving P.O.W.E.R. in our lives, we are equipped to empower others to generate P.O.W.E.R. in their own lives, which will exponentially spread and perpetuate a positive, confident, healthy and powerhouse spirit among humankind!

P - Prosperity - Success and Wealth. Wealth is often a measure of success. Of course, money doesn’t bring happiness, but it can offer solutions and options that otherwise might not have been considered! Being your own boss gives you the flexibility to move at your own pace and prioritize the important things in your life. When we are successful we are happy. To see the fruit of your efforts is very rewarding. Whether it be seeing a customer glowing because her skin is clearer, helping a new person in town meet new friends, witnessing a consultant writing the check to her final payment on a loan, or buying your first boat or taking your family on that dream vacation.
O - Opportunities - Favorable Circumstances. Good things come to those who expect good things and act on that attitude. We encourage having an open-mind, making decisions, setting goals, and stretching out from our comfort zones. The more you take advantage of opportunities that arise, the more opportunities you discover and provide for others.
W - Wellness - Good Physical and Mental Health - Taking care of ourselves is one of those things that we women often neglect. Being healthy leads to having energy, being motivated, producing new ideas, and helping other people, and making a difference in our world because of the strength we have by a proper diet, regular exercise, and good habits.
E - Education - They say, school is never out for the professionals. Every person deserves to expand their knowledge. If you aren’t learning, then you aren’t growing. We encourage others to not settle for just what you know right now. Being teachable and trainable is one of the best traits of every successful person. No one ever “arrives” to any position in life, just like no one ever catches the horizon. Once you get there, you see so much more. There are new doors to open, more lessons to learn, and a whole new level of thought.
R - Relief - Comfort and Assistance - Relief doesn’t have to come in the form of money, though it is often the more powerful and versatile option. But sometimes relief is cooking a meal, building a house, donating clothes or furniture, holding a hand, offering a hug, and even as simple as smiling to a stranger you pass in the hall. This goal is to keep us from feeling helpless when there are people in need. Not enough money or not enough time don’t have to be the excuses anymore for serving where we want to serve.

Our next goal is to reach Cadillac Club Status by June 30 by adding 100 New unit consultants / 50 Star Consultants by June 15th, 2008!
